Goals For Student Development

 
  • To increase self-awareness, motivation, and responsibility for one's own learning.
  • To immerse students in outdoors, increasing awareness, understanding, and appreciation for our natural environment.
  • To equip students with life-long skills and knowledge in multiple outdoor activities, thereby increasing confidence and self-esteem.
  • To engage students in meaningful and connected outdoor adventure-based, experiential learning opportunities, which require problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • To provide students with travel opportunities, exposure to other cultures, and community service projects.
